An inspiring Buddhist master

The practice we offer is part of the Buddhist tradition as taught by Thich Nhat Hanh. This Vietnamese master offers a Buddhism imbued with joy and compassion. His practice of moment-to-moment awareness, attention to ordinary tasks, his willingness to see poetry in everyday events, and the path of transformation and healing he charted are all extraordinary contributions of this contemporary master. .
Thich Nhat Hanh invites us not to attach ourselves to a doctrine, a theory or an ideology, even Buddhist. The Buddhist teachings are means that guide us and help us practice deep looking and thus develop our understanding and compassion.
